Refund & Exchange Policy
LIFT PASSES, TUBING PASSES & SEASONAL RENTALS: FINAL SALE. Not eligible for any refund or credit. Based upon availability, we may be able to change your date of arrival. A $25 change fee, per person will apply. Day of changes are not possible. Indy Pass: no cancellations or changes available.
DAILY RENTALS & GROUP LESSONS:
CHANGES: Change requests may be made until 8 pm the night prior to your reservation arrival by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org A $25 change fee per person applies. Not eligible for refunds.
CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel prior to 8pm the day before your reservation you will receive 50% of your purchase on your account. Processing may take up to 48 hours. Any cancellations received after 8:00 p.m. on the day prior to your reservation cannot be honored. No shows are not eligible for any refund or credit. Not eligible for refunds.
PRIVATE LESSONS: 100%, non-refundable payment is required at the time of the reservation. Change or cancellation requests may be made up to 48 hours in advance of your booking by emailing Snowsports@mohawkmtn.com A $50 change fee applies. Change based on availability. No refunds will be given due to weather.
SEASON PASSES & PROGRAMS: NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. (Race Team, D-Squad, Interclub, Mountain Division, Hawk Stars, AMPT, Yeti Club, Women’s Wednesdays, Owlets) In the case of a medical situation, please contact Resort Services (email@example.com) to arrange for a medical deferment, good for one ski season.
