D Squad

The Mohawk Mountain Development Squad (DSquad) is a 7-week race development program designed for skiers ages 7-13 who are ready to build upon the fundamentals of alpine skiing while being introduced to the exciting world of ski racing.

Throughout the season, athletes will spend time refining their skills through race-specific drills in brush, stubbie, and gate courses, while also practicing U.S. Ski & Snowboard (USSS) SkillsQuest exercises. The season concludes with a fun race, giving participants the opportunity to showcase the skills they have developed throughout the program. Whether your child hopes to join Mohawk Mountain’s Alpine Race Team or is simply looking for a fun introduction to ski racing with a lower time commitment, DSquad is a great place to develop racing skills while enjoying time on the snow.
