Mohawk Mountain is excited to announce our Summer Yoga Series beginning on Sunday, June 4th, 2023.

Sunday Morning Yoga

Beginning on Sunday June 4th and running through Sunday, August 27th we will be hosting Sunday Morning Yoga Sessions at the mountain!

Yoga will take place from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM (60 - a minute practice), followed by a complimentary 15-minute social featuring spa water and a local baked good.

We encourage all participants to bring their own yoga equipment (mat, water bottle, yoga block, etc.) but will have several extra sets of equipment if needed.

Yoga will take place rain or shine and may be practiced on the outside patio or in the main lodge.

Drop-ins are welcome, reservations online are encouraged.

*Although we do not require a minimum age, all children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and any children signed up for practice must be capable of a 60-minute yoga class and must not disrupt the experience of other attendees.
